Going deeper in Disciple-Making
We recommend that you facilitate or participate in an annual disciple-making summit experience. Designed to help you and your leadership team sharpen yourselves as disciple-makers who are carrying out our Lord’s Great Commission, this time is essential to keeping your community growing towards becoming a holistic, transformational, disciple-making community.
In addition to reinforcing the entire Omega Experience for your faith community, we will offer breakout sessions that will take you deeper into the nine faith functions and servant leader roles that are mandatory for a disciple-making community to thrive. These sessions include: Covenant Life Group Leadership, Peer Mentoring through Delta, Intensive Mentoring through Omega, Ministry Team Leader Training, etc.
Before your team leaves for summer vacation (or whenever is best for your community), our team will lead you in reviewing your ministry year together, assessing where God is challenging you to grow, and spending time planning for the future together. We can lead this summit experience for you on site or mentor and equip your leaders to facilitate this experience.
Training for Beginning and Advanced Practitioners
We will offer a beginner’s track and a variety of advanced tracks so you can engage in the journey at whatever level is most appropriate for you and your church leadership team. We will bring together a world-class faculty to train, mentor and equip your team to build holistic, transformational disciple-making communities.
Experiential Learning with Your Team
Like our one-day Leading the Omega Experience Conference, this annual summit experience will be an experiential conference where we will challenge you and your leadership team to discern where God is moving in and through your church community as you journey along “The Path to Change.”
