chicago, il … this conference will take place at chicago hope academy in chicago, il. monday august 3 and tuesday august 4th. this conference is designed to train the maturing leaders of your church. specifically we will train all attendees to function as mentors and c.o.r.e. small group leaders using the omega content.

omega resources each participant will receive:

• mentoring and life coaching handbook

site coordinators and live trainers:
this conference is also designed to train site coordinators and those desiring to be licensed as live trainers of the omega course and its leadership training. there will be a separate time of training for the site coordinators and live trainers in order to accomplish this separate from the regular participants.

the omega experience comprises the omega course, a 24-session journey equipping people for a lifetime of discipleship, as well as seven supplemental seminars touching on specific aspects of personal and church life that should come under the lordship of christ. this an approach to discipleship training that is thoroughly holistic, focused on mentoring, and not limited to leaders.

during the conference, leaders will learn the essentials of reproductive disciple-making through the establishment and growth of mentoring networks. this will include becoming proficient in creating a connection culture, leading an omega course, facilitating covenant small groups, and developing as transformational mentors.
