4 Kinds of LSN Consulting Services:

1 Developing a Masterplan - We have helped Churches and Businesses develop comprehensive Masterplans which have guided them toward advancing their cause and stewarding their organizations wisely under God from broad brainstorming to daily implementation and everything in between.

2 Create an Engaging Environment - We can help you think through and apply the five key elements necessary to transform even the most lethargic and disconnected community, organization or office into an impassioned, innovative, and thriving workplace.

3 Seasonal Staff Infusion - A decision to transform an organization is serious and its initial stages may need a more intensive infusion of consulting time. We recommend an intentional part-time staff infusion for a season to help guide your congregation and its leaders into functioning more like a reproductive disciple-making community. Our staff can provide wisdom in helping to design your community's Masterplan, powerful sermons, live training of the Omega Course and supplemental seminars and mentoring/life coaching to your key leaders to get them started along the journey.

4 Customized Resources - Make transformation integral to church’s identity. Life Spring Network can place your church's logotype or any other form of branding on all your Omega resources, allowing the congregation to take ownership of this vibrant experience in a special way. We would be pleased to work closely with your leaders to customize the language used throughout the Omega Course materials so that your community can engage them with enthusiasm and without hindrance.

Our Consulting and Church Partnering Process is as follows:

1 Assessment - Our consultant will interview and discuss reproductive disciple-making with your senior leadership team and staff to assess your current strengths and weaknesses.

2 Recommendations - LSN recommends a new course of action for your leadership team including any appropriate Speaking, Seminars, Consulting, Resources and Life Coaching/Mentoring from our staff that will help you to create and implement a holistic plan to grow reproductive disciples and establish a mentoring network.

3 Agreement - Life Spring Network and the local church or para-church ministry agree to a plan of action and sign a contract of engagement. Because we believe that most things in life are caught more than they are taught, our staff will be willing to play part-time roles within your leadership team structure. We do this because modeling and mentoring others in reproductive disciple-making for an intensive season of training can bring about transformational growth which lasts.

4 Implementation - Life Spring Network staff implement the agreed upon plan of Speaking, Seminars, Consulting, Resources and Life/Coaching Mentoring for the agreed upon amount of time.

5 Evaluation - During and upon completion* of the agreed upon course of action, we will evaluate our progress and adjust as God leads.

Upon completion of the consulting contract, if you believe more intentional involvement of LSN Staff is needed we will repeat this process.

*We believe strongly in reproductive disciple-making, so we will help you to identify and mentor others with in your community to function in various roles within your leadership team as we leave.
