The Masterplan

In this seminar you will receive a brief history and overview of Omega in a way that clarifies its purpose for church-wide transformation by examining the Why, How and What of the Omega Experience.

Participants will be equipped to understand how the entire Omega Experience works together, including mentor and small group leader training, pre-Omega and post-Omega church-wide seminars, facilitating the church-wide Omega Course and everything in-between.

Who Should Attend

This seminar is built for the people who will serve as leaders for the Omega Experience. Leaders need to lead with the end in mind.The lowest common denominator leader in the Omega Experience is a small group leader. The other leaders who should also take this seminar before taking the Omega Course for themselves include those who will serve as mentors, ministry team leaders, the site coordinator and live trainers.
