In this seminar, you will explore models of mentoring and your role in this legacy ministry. A mentoring workbook is provided. Integrated into the workbook are 23 follow-through challenges to help you keep learning when the workshop is over.

It’s the way Christ trained and molded His disciples into a group of spiritual leaders who changed the course of history. How does someone become a mentor or find one? What are the possibilities of the impact mentoring could have for your church or ministry context?

The Mentoring Connection Seminar will help you answer these questions. Arrow Leadership has been at the forefront of the leadership mentoring initiative for the last sixteen years. This powerful and straightforward resource will help you understand biblical mentoring and stimulate the desire for people to develop mentoring relationships in your church or ministry.

This seminar will equip you with the confidence you need to engage in the process of mentoring by giving you practical tools that you can use as soon as you walk out the door.
