Jason K. Pankau
Phil brings over 23 years of executive management experience, having served in technical, sales and operations roles in telecom and technology companies and on the board of several privately-held corporations. Since 2003, Phil has served as a division leader in the Children’s ministry at a 17,000-member church called Fellowship of the Woodlands in Houston, TX. Phil was a member of the Young Entrepreneur’s Organization (YEO), a Member of the Northern Virginia Technical Council and has served on the board for the United Way campaign at AT&T and on the National Arthritis Foundation’s Oscar Night 2000 committee. Phil is Co-author of The Digital Multimedia Cross-Industry Guide, 1995. Fluent in French, Phil has lived in Costa Rica, Columbia, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Djibouti, Algeria, Spain, France, and Belgium.
Carroll is a creative, energetic, self-starter experienced in a variety of direct customer contact enterprises. Some of his experience includes Pastoral Assistant – Development at Trinity Lutheran Church & School in Roselle, IL; sales of architectural hardware, limousine service, printing paper, graphics services and industrial truck parts & attachments. In addition to being the circulation manager for a newspaper in Ohio, Carroll served as the Manager of Training and Staff Development for a 25 office national paper distributor.
Ken brings over 25 years of telecom and management experience, having served in sales, marketing and senior management roles with multiple leading telecom companies and dealers. Over the past five years, Ken has served as a group leader in the Children’s ministry and as a team leader for the Divorce Care for children ministries at Fellowship of the Woodlands in Houston, TX. Ken has also led several men’s small groups in lesson such as The Measure of A man by Gene A. Getz, The Case for Faith by Lee Strobel, the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, Lead like Jesus by Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges, the Love Languages of God by Gary Chapman, One Month to Live by Kerry and Chris Shook and many others over the past 12 years
John B. Donovan has been an author and communications adviser and writer since his youthful days as a combat correspondent in Vietnam, a Capitol Hill correspondent during Watergate, and a public affairs officer in the US foreign aid program dealing with Latin America.
Mary brings over 20 years of administrative experience, having served in the fields of finance, sales, marketing, legal and customer service. Mary also brings administrative experience from serving within the Lutheran School system. Over the past 13 years, Mary has enjoyed serving on multiple committees for The Lutheran Church and School of St. Luke in Itasca, IL, including School Board Member, PTL Board Member/President, Youth and Family Committee Member, Marketing Team Member and Room Mom
